AI Mire (“AI Mire,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) runs an iOS app and related Services for creative generation: new images from images, and short videos from images. This Policy explains how we handle information.
Please read it before using AI Mire. Using the Services means you understand these practices. If you disagree, do not use the app. This Policy works with our Terms of Service.
“Personal information” identifies you alone or with other information we hold. It excludes data that cannot reasonably identify you and aggregate statistics after identifiers are removed. Aggregate and non-personal information may be used and shared more freely than personal information.
Generation is performed with models we developed and host ourselves. We do not route your creative uploads through third-party AI generation APIs, and we do not hand that media to external AI companies for inference, training, or retention on their side.
We also do not collect facial data: no facial biometrics, faceprints, or facial templates; no face-based identification; no face profiles. Files may still be processed as whole images or frames so generation can finish. That temporary work follows the deletion rules below and is not facial-data collection.
Email address, username, support messages, and other account fields you submit. If you sign in with Apple ID, Facebook, Google, or another supported provider, we receive what that provider shares under your authorization (such as name, email, username, and related registration details).
With iOS permission, we may access photos or videos you select for a job. You can revoke camera, Photos, or file access in Settings anytime.
Technical records may include interaction logs, IP address, timestamps, device type/model, OS version, language/region, in-app signals, and crash/diagnostic logs. We use them to operate the Services, protect security, keep performance stable, fix bugs, and improve the product.
Some features may require sign-in. Login information we store is removed when you delete your AI Mire account (see Section 7).
Access is requested only when a feature needs it, and only after you consent. Change or revoke later in iOS Settings.
Google Login may open a Google page that sets cookies to finish authentication. We do not use those cookies for ads, cross-app tracking, or analytics, and we do not read or store them. Google’s policies apply. AI Mire does not cookie-track you across other apps or sites.
If partners need IDFA, iOS may ask you to Allow Tracking or Ask App Not to Track. Either choice still allows generation. If you allow tracking, partners may process IDFA and similar identifiers, install/event data, basic device info, and interaction/performance signals for measurement, fraud prevention, attribution, and marketing optimization. We do not use tracking data to personally identify you or to build separate behavioral profiles for our own profiling. We do not collect facial data. Change later: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking → AI Mire.
We may share data with hosting/storage and similar operational vendors, and may share log-style data (without revealing personal information as such) with advertising and marketing partners. They are not third-party AI generators for your creative uploads.
We process personal information and service data to communicate with you, fulfill requests and transactions, run and improve the Services, tailor aspects of the experience where appropriate, support product work, and pursue related business purposes consistent with this Policy.
We disclose personal information only with your consent (or a legally authorized representative’s), when law requires it, or under a valid warrant, subpoena, or similar court order. We do not disclose generation uploads unless you share them or the results yourself via AI Mire or another service you choose.
We apply safeguards meant to reduce unauthorized access and misuse. No system is perfectly secure. Keep passwords private and contact us if you suspect compromise.
Update preferences in-app where available. For disablement or deletion: [email protected]. Delete from About/account when available; associated data is removed subject to limited legal or security exceptions. Unlinking Apple/Facebook/Google stops future sharing from that provider but does not wipe data already in AI Mire. Lost access? Email the same address for full deletion.
Apple in-app purchase refunds follow Apple’s rules and processes (Apple Support or reportaproblem.apple.com). We do not override Apple’s decision.
We may revise this Policy. If a change materially affects your rights, we will post the update where AI Mire policies appear. Review it when using the Services.
Depending on law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction; a portable copy of data you provided; and objection to certain processing (including direct marketing in many regions). Rights may be limited. Contact us to exercise them, or complain to a supervisory authority where you live, work, or where you believe an issue arose.
Minors should use AI Mire only with a parent/guardian’s prior consent. Under COPPA, we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13 or knowingly allow such registration. The Services are not directed to children under 13. If we learn we collected such information without required consent, we will delete it promptly—notify [email protected].
